To understand the latest developments in chiropractic therapy and master new manual treatment methods for musculoskeletal disorders of the extremities, Shenzhen Xinghui Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xinhongding Medical Technology Co., Ltd., in collaboration with partners, are organizing a training program across Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Guangzhou.

We are honored to invite Professor Kevin Collet, a senior French chiropractic expert, to share two decades of European clinical expertise through on-site lectures in three cities!!!

The training course officially kicked off under the leadership of Director Li Hai from the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Southern Medical University Shenzhen Hospital. Professor Kevin Collet delivered a concise 30-minute presentation, covering cutting-edge research on preventing occupational musculoskeletal disorders in manual therapists and delving into the derivation of formulas for optimizing patient positioning. What danced on the courseware were not only academic data, but also practical insights that drew constant exclamations from the participants. The flurry of notebooks being flipped and close-up photos of PPTs taken with mobile phones on site were the best testimony to the high knowledge density of the training.

In the first half, participants stood in a circle, closely learning the rhythmic vibration mobilization technique for the lumbar and thoracic spine. Their exclamations filled the room: "What used to be misalignment identified by experience can now be precisely located with vibration frequency today!"

In the second half, the demonstration of "drop technique, traction, and spinal decompression" showed the participants that spinal decompression can be both precise and labor-saving. Many participants raised their mobile phones to shoot in slow motion.

During the two-day training program in Wuhan, Professor Kevin Collet's rhythmic vibration mobilization technique— which enables joints to spontaneously realign following biomechanical rhythms—solved the longstanding challenge of traditional manual therapy relying on "intuition and chance." He also broke down the "resonance principle between vibration frequency and joint displacement" in detail.

By the bedside of hands-on clinical training at the Wuhan session, Professor Kevin Collet’s palm hovered just above the participant’s scapula—like a precise "biomechanical calibrator." He guided the participants to complete the scientific movements of triple calibration: "angle, frequency, and duration."

03/Guangzhou

Early in the morning, the attendance sheet in the Guangzhou training room was filled with the names of nearly a hundred therapists. Held from June 14th to 15th, this 2-day intensive training centered on "Total Joint Biomechanical Diagnosis and Treatment" adopted a three-stage design of "analyzing logical breakdowns → calibrating practical precision → anchoring standards through assessments". It transformed techniques such as Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) manipulation from mere textbook terms into "precision scalpels" capable of addressing clinical pain points.

DAY1

On the first day, Professor Kevin Collet covered the thoracic cage, shoulder, and elbow joints. He dissected the mechanical linkage logic of "thoracic pump suction-rebound during inhalation" using the First Rib Muscle Energy Technique (MET). The vivid demonstration of High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) manipulation for the sternoclavicular joint, along with the combined approach of pectoralis minor fascia manipulation and levator scapulae MET, left all participants in awe! They eagerly practiced with each other, creating a vibrant academic atmosphere on site.

After the intense yet exciting assessments, the graduation ceremony proceeded. Professor Kevin Collet, together with Director Wang Chuhuai from the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, awarded certification levels to the participants. The eyes of the certificate-holders sparkled with joy and pride!

As the last certificate was handed to the participants, this "Total Joint Biomechanical Diagnosis and Treatment Intensive Training"—initiated by Shenzhen Xinghui Technology Co., Ltd. in collaboration with various partners—had long transcended the boundaries of a mere "course." It stands as an industry experiment embodying the integration of "localization of international resources, standardization of technical systems, and precision of clinical capabilities." For Xinghui Technology, this training is not only a key milestone in its "Tri-City Linkage (Shenzhen/Wuhan/Guangzhou)" strategy but also a vivid epitome of its mission to "root cutting-edge international technologies in Chinese clinics."
